General Sales Conditions
Deposit: reservations will only be considered as firm bookings after the receipt of a deposit to the amount of 50% of the value of the stay. This amount will be deducted from the final bill on departure.
Cancellation: deposits will not be refunded where cancellations are received less than 21 days before the due date of arrival.
Modification of your stay: in the case of modification of your arrival and/or departure date, and if we are unable to resell the room, the total cost of the stay will be payable to the hotel as compensation.
Check-out: rooms must be vacated by 12h00. If you wish to remain in occupancy after this time, please contact reception.
Check-in: we do our best to make rooms available as early as possible; however, in general this is not possible before 16h00.
Cancellation Insurance: when bookings are confirmed, guests are given the possibility of taking out cancellation insurance. Details can be found at: Cancellation Contract.pdf
