Enjoy a unique experience, reserved only for our hotel guests: lunch on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday in our Alpine Chalet, located in the heart of the mountains. We invite you to our table d'hôtes to taste the local specialities in the Alps! For walkers, a departure from the hotel is organised at 10.15am for an easy one-hour walk on the ridges facing Mont Blanc.
Autumn cuisine at the Traditional Restaurant
In autumn, stewed dishes are made with champions and pumpkin! Discover our seasonal specialities such as :
Beaufort cheese in ravioli, wild mushrooms and organic cereal muesli, emulsion of Serac with onion or veal chop cooked in a sauté pan.
Do you like cheese specialities? Discover the fondue of Maître Boujon and the Pela des Aravis. More of a hunting enthusiast? Try our game partridge, roasted in vine leaves, salsify with hazelnuts and Altesse grape juice or until October our roast fallow deer back and Savoy potatoes. And don't miss our Black Angus entrecôte cooked on the spit of the Fermes de Marie fireplace every Saturday!
