Nicolas Sintes selects the best of local products and favours talented producers to create a tasty and authentic cuisine. Traditional, yes, but without forgetting to take care of yourself! Nicolas Sintes includes "Healthy" options in his menu!

As for cheese at Maître Royer, we have selected some of the best cheeses from Savoie at the Bonjon cheese dairy: creamy reblochon, blue terminion and Tome crayeuse.

And the pastries are all home-made.
