Toquicimes, the event that highlights mountain gastronomy, is back from 16 to 19 October for its 3rd edition.
Open to the general public and entirely dedicated to Alpine cuisine, Toquicimes promises to be full of surprises again this year. Tastings, workshops, challenges, conferences, competitions, a gourmet and friendly programme.
Prestigious chefs will be on hand to share their experience, as well as the French candidate of the Team France Bocuse d'Or, Davy Tissot, who has just returned from the European qualifications in Estonia.
