Lunch in our Alpine Chalet in Megève

Enjoy a unique experience, reserved exclusively for our hotel guests: lunch on Saturday lunchtime during autumn weekends and during the Autumn Vacations on Wednesday and Saturday lunchtime in our Alpine Chalet, located in the heart of the mountains. We invite you to our table d'hôtes for a taste of local Alpine specialities! For walkers, a departure from the hotel is organized at 10:15 a.m. for an easy one-hour walk on the crests facing Mont Blanc.

Autumn cuisine at the Restaurant Traditionnel

In autumn, simmered dishes are made with mushrooms and pumpkin! Find our seasonal specialties like :

Beaufort cheese in ravioli, wild mushrooms and organic cereal muesli, emulsion of Sérac with onion or veal chop cooked in a sauté pan.

Amateur of cheese specialities ? Find the fondue of Maître Boujon and the Pela des Aravis. More of a hunting enthusiast? Try our partridge roasted in vine leaves, salsify with hazelnuts and Altesse grape juice or until October our roasted fallow deer back and Savoy potatoes. And don't miss every Saturday our Black Angus steak cooked on the spit of the Fermes de Marie's fireplace!
