In the heart of the main chalet, our restaurant advocates a tasty cuisine of simple and authentic products, cooked according to the market. The restaurant favors talented producers and selects the best of each according to the season: the fish comes from the lakes of our mountains, the meat comes from the best farms in the area, and the cheese platter comes from the famous Boujon cheese factory.
On Saturday evenings, it's around the fireplace that our brigade comes to life! Every week, the spit takes pride of place: rib steak and crozet gratin, free-range chicken or game when in season... a feast for the eyes and the palate! For those who prefer lighter fare, the Restaurant Traditionnel also offers dishes that focus on balance, energy and fitness.
