The restaurant favors talented producers and selects the best of each according to the season: the fish comes from the lakes of our mountains, the meat comes from the best farms in the area, and the cheese platter comes from the famous Boujon cheese factory.
On Saturday evenings, over open flames, the cuisine takes on a whole new taste! Once a week, the rotisserie is in the spotlight with flame-roasted beef rib and farm-raised rotisserie chicken or game when in season are accompanied by a traditional Savoyard dishes like the Crozets gratin,..the whole experience is a feast for the eyes and the palate!
