Deposit*: 50% of the total cost of your stay must be paid on booking.

Cancellation: free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: the total amount of the booked stay will be charged.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

*Special conditions for the Christmas and New Year period (from 21/12/2024 to 04/01/2025) :

Deposit: Beyond the 50% requested at the time of confirmation, the balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.

Cancellation: The full amount of the stay is retained in case of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival.

CONDITIONS PRE-PAID TARIFFS

Deposit *: 100% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

Cancellation *: The full amount of the pre-payment will be retained for any cancellation.

Change of stay: In the event of a change of arrival and/or departure date, the full amount of the initial stay will be invoiced as compensation, without any further formality.

Please note that reservations for 5 or more rooms are subject to different conditions.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (APPLICABLE TO ALL TARIFFS) :

Breakfast: included in room rates.

Supplements applicable from the 3rd person in a room per night:

- Room and breakfast : Adult and child over 12: €110 / Child 3-12: €90

- Half-board room: Adults and children over 12: €200 / Children aged 3-12: €125

Baby facilities: Available.

Animal: 35 € per day excluding food.

Tourist tax: €2.50 per day per person over 18, €3.50 as of 01.01.2025

Parking & garage: free (valet parking).

VAT: Our rates include a 10% VAT rate. These are indicated according to the taxes currently in force, and are likely to be modified according to the taxes applicable at the time of your stay.

Arrival: The room is available from 4pm.

Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 12:00 pm at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time. Please note that all our rooms are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of restoring the room to its original state.

Pure Altitude Spa

‍

Your arrival at the Spa: We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your treatment to fully enjoy your experience. Please note that any delay to your appointment will not result in an extension of your treatment time.

Relaxation and disconnection:The Pure Altitude Spa is a sanctuary dedicated to relaxation. We kindly ask that you turn off your mobile phones to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests.

Health conditions: For your safety, please inform us of any health issues (heart problems, phlebitis, arthritis, ulcers, ongoing cancer treatments, etc.), allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment. If you are pregnant, please let us know as well.

Pregnancy:For safety reasons, we do not perform massages on pregnant women during the first trimester of pregnancy. Specific programs tailored to the needs of pregnant women are available. Please feel free to seek advice at the Spa reception.

Personal items: Each massage room is equipped with baskets for storing your jewelry. However, we recommend removing all personal belongings before your visit. Please note that the hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss or forgotten items in bathrobes.

Wellness area: Our wellness area is exclusively reserved for hotel guests. Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited within these spaces.

Cancellation policy: Prepaid treatments are non-refundable. Modifications are allowed up to 24 hours before the treatment time for a rescheduled date, subject to availability.
