Every summer, a table set up in the open air, high up in the middle of a mountain pasture, awaits the privileged guests of the Maisons et Hôtels Sibuet, during their stay in Megève. Let's leave the centre of Megève for a beautiful escape. Count on a good hour's walk from the Cote 2000 car park. You take a forest path, in the shade of the big fir trees. Suddenly, in the middle of a mountain pasture, you discover a chalet, covered with wooden tiles, set in the middle of nature, like a jewel in a jewel box. The eyes caress the peaks of the Beaufortain, located opposite. To recover from the climb, an aperitif based on rosé wine and raspberry liqueur awaits you. A tradition started by Jocelyne Sibuet which we do not depart from. A large table, covered with a red and white checkered tablecloth, is spread out on the terrace. Everything starts with a generous buffet, before continuing with the barbecue.
